Welcome to One Sideline. By accessing or using our athletic management software platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and One Sideline ("we," "our," or "us"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

One Sideline provides a cloud-based athletic management platform designed for high schools and educational institutions. The Service includes features for:

• Sports team scheduling and management
• Venue and transportation coordination
• User role management (administrators, coaches, parents, and players)
• Conflict detection and scheduling assistance
• Data storage and reporting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or guardian
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer a 30-day free trial for new users. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

5.3 Effect of Termination

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONE SIDELINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless One Sideline, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
