Questions before you choose a plan
Do I need a different plan based on school size?
Most schools can start with Core. It is designed for small and mid-sized programs and includes up to 50 active teams with unlimited users. If your program needs more scale, talk to us about Enterprise.
Can I choose monthly or annual billing?
Yes. Core is $89 per month, or $890 per year when billed annually. Annual billing gives you two months free compared with paying monthly.
Can I book a demo before starting a trial?
Yes. Many schools start with a demo so we can show how One Sideline fits their program.
Is Season Setup included in Core?
Yes. Core includes Season Setup, so you can paste a schedule, upload a CSV, use a shared Google Doc or Sheet link, or start manually from scratch.
Do coaches, parents, and players get access?
Yes. One Sideline supports role-based access across the people involved in your athletic program.
What if my program is too large for Core?
If you need a district-wide rollout, more advanced onboarding, or custom requirements, Enterprise is the better fit. Contact us and we can walk through the setup with you.
